OnePlus Nord 2 5G Detailed FAQ - 5G Bands, 50MP Camera, 6GB Sale, OxygenOS 11.3 & More

You guys asked many questions about the phone & so I have planned a quick and short article on it. So we’ll answer all of that today! We bring new tech articles for you every day.


(1) OnePlus Nord 2 Full Review?


It'll be here soon, and for the review, a phone must be used for a few weeks. So, in about 10 days, we'll bring it up again!


(2) OnePlus Nord 2 Dual 5G Sim Support?


The Dimensity 1200, like the realme X7 Max, supports two 5G sim cards and has DSDS support, which means it can support dual 5G Sims. However, the Nord 2 is not mentioned. Although the Dimensity 1200 SoC supports it, OnePlus did not mention it. I can't really say right now, but we'll put it to the test right away, so stay tuned for our full review!


(3) OnePlus Nord 2 Dialer?


It comes with the default Google Dialer, as do all phones nowadays, which is something that shouldn't happen. Although Google should not force anyone to use it, we are unable to avoid it.


(4) OnePlus Nord 2 Front Camera?


Yes, Amazon misidentified the camera as a 16MP sensor when it is actually a 32MP sensor. We tried it, and the Nord 2 has a 32MP sensor!


(5) OnePlus Nord 2 Hasselblad Integration? 


No, it has nothing to do with Hasselblad's integration; OnePlus, not Hasselblad, tunes the sensors.


(6) OnePlus Nord 2 Heating Issue? 


We've been playing games nonstop for the past 2-3 days, and it's getting hot. It doesn't get too hot here. Only when the temperature rises above 42-43 degrees can we refer to it as heating. It becomes warm after lengthy sessions of gaming on severe settings, but it'll just get mildly warm during average camera use or 30-45 minutes of gaming on medium settings, which is fine. However, when used in harsh conditions for an extended period of time, it will get a little hot.


(7) OnePlus Nord 2 Camera Features? 


They've included both functionalities, with AI Enhanced Video Mode replacing AI Highlight. Like with ColorOS, there's also a Bokeh Flare Video Mode. Both functionalities are accessible and have been thoroughly tested.


(8) OnePlus Nord 2 screen visibility? 


It's nice and bright, and you won't have any trouble using it outside. It could be a concern if the sun is harsh in the afternoon. But it's excellent; 99 percent of the time, it'll suffice.


(9) OnePlus Nord 2 6GB Variant? 


You won't be able to buy it until August, so don't wait. I'm not sure how much stock will be available at that point, but I'm hoping it'll be plenty with a request to OnePlus that many people are eagerly anticipating the 6GB variant, so please keep it in stock.


(10) OnePlus Nord 2 Green Wood Variant? 


I haven't seen it yet, but it appears to be good! If you don't like the glass back and prefer a leather finish, you'll have to wait another month for it to be released.


(11) OnePlus Nord 2 Wireless Charging? 


There’s no wireless charging on it.


(12) OnePlus Nord 2 Fnatic Mode? 


There is no Fnatic Mode, but there is a Pro Play Mode that disables notifications and allows for uninterrupted gaming. It has all of the features of Fnatic Mode.


(13) OnePlus Nord 2 IP Rating? 


There is no IP classification or certification, and it is not waterproof.


(14) OnePlus Nord 2 DC Dimming? 


There isn't any DC fading. It's exclusively available in the company's premier line.


(15) Is the OnePlus Nord 2's frame made of plastic or metal?


It's a sandwiched glass-plastic frame made of plastic.


(16) OnePlus Nord 2 5G Bands? 


This is fascinating! We receive a reviewers' guide for unboxings and impressions, which mentions support for seven standalone and four non-standalone bands (7SA and 4NSA). That's why, in the video, I indicated there were 11 bands in all, but there are now two less listed on the website. It accommodates six stand-alone and three non-stand-alone bands (6SA & 3NSA). As a result, we'll go over everything in detail in the complete review.
